Guests may cancel their reservation up to 30 days before check-in for a full refund minus any processing fees.

Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in are non refundable unless the dates are successfully rebooked.

Yes. Date changes may be requested subject to availability and current seasonal rates.

In certain circumstances, we may offer a travel credit for future stay. Please contact our concierge team to discuss available options.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, as Villa ANIANA cannot provide refunds for airlines delays , cancellations, weather events, or other travel disruptions outside our control.

Should a goverment - issued travel restriction or mandatory evacuation directly impact your reservation, we will work with you to reschedule your stay whenever possible.
